Exquisitely soft for
all-around comfort!

Leather straps can sometimes feel a little stiff until they have been worn in, but the Fluffy strap is soft and supple right from the start – front, back, and sides.
with remarkable lightness and tactile sensations.

The secret behind the incredible softness and lightness:
drum beating
“Drum beating” is a process where the leather is gently beaten in a drum without water. Its unique texture is achieved using the most cutting-edge equipment which allows temperature and humidity to be controlled freely, making subtle adjustments based on many years of experience.

The secret behind the beautifully flat surface:
iron finish
The leather is ironed to provide a beautifully flat surface. Kimoto Leatherworks uses several different types of irons that have been employed for many years. The finishing process, which requires extraordinary expertise, is a true work of art.

The secret behind the vivid colors and smoothness:
semi-aniline finish
After applying an aniline dye, a thin layer of special transparent pigment is sprayed onto the surface. This process removes any scratches and wrinkles from the leather surface, giving it a luxurious appearance and excellent color.
“We want to focus not only on the color and shine, but also on the interior that cannot be seen.”
– a Himeji Leather tanner speaking about his craft, which he continues to execute with pride, piece by piece.
