About exchange and return
After the product arrives, please check whether the product is defective and whether it matches the content of the order. If either of the above problems arise, please contact global_info@knot-designs.com within 7 days of arriving the products.
In addition, Knot Global Online Store is located in Japan, and that products ordered by customers through the website will therefore be shipped from Japan.
Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of goods that are unwanted for personal reasons. We thank you for your understanding.
Exchanges
All products are subjected to strict quality inspection before shipment. If there is any defect in the product, or if the wrong product was shipped, we will exchange the product.
Please contact global_info@knot-designs.com with photos in order to determine whether exchange is required. After confirming the contents of your order, we will prepare a product for exchange which you can use with confidence.
However, if the product is out of stock, we will issue a refund.
Please note that all items to be exchanged must be new and unused, and must be returned with all their original packaging and contents. Whether or not an item can be exchanged depends on the condition of the product at the time it arrives your place.
Except in the event that the above-mentioned defective exchange item is out of stock, all delivered items are non-refundable.
